Tekla Modeling for Commercial Landmark -- 2
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I am taking a high-profile commercial development from concept into full BIM coordination and need a Tekla Structures specialist who can build a complete architectural-plus-structural model from my reference drawings. The brief is focused purely on structural modeling, but I expect the file to carry every architectural interface as well, so clashes can be resolved long before we hit fabrication.
Scope
• Set up a single, well-organized Tekla project file that follows our naming convention and shared coordinate system.
• Model all primary and secondary steel, concrete, and connection plates down to bolt and rebar level where applicable.
• Integrate grids, levels, façade anchors, elevator cores, and MEP reservation zones provided by the consultant team.
• Export IFC and native Tekla formats for review; generate GA and shop-ready drawings once the model passes coordination.
Acceptance criteria
1. Model opens cleanly in Tekla 2022 or later with zero missing objects or broken references.
2. Clash check in Trimble Connect shows no hard clashes above 2 mm.
3. All objects classified and numbered for automated drawing extraction.
4. IFC passes Solibri validation rulesets that I will supply.
Please share a sample .tbp or IFC of a previous commercial build you modeled to full detail, along with your typical turnaround for revisions. I’m ready to award quickly so we can keep the construction programme on track.
