Tekla Industrial Mezzanine Modeling
Budget: $15 – $25 AUD
I need a Tekla-proficient modeller who can build accurate structural steel models of industrial mezzanine floors for me on an ongoing, casual basis. Because I don’t have any existing drawings, every project will start from scratch: you will interpret my brief field measurements and concept sketches, then turn them into fully detailed Tekla Structures models ready for shop drawings and fabrication.
Each model must clearly show:
• Load-bearing specifications so my engineers can run their checks
• Complete connection details suitable for fabrication and site erection
• Correct material grades called up throughout the model
I will review the .tekla file for completeness, clash-free connections, and compliance with Australian standards before sign-off. If the initial collaboration goes smoothly, I have a steady pipeline of similar mezzanine projects and am happy to keep assigning them to you whenever they come up. Let’s start with one floor, prove the workflow, and build a long-term partnership from there.
