TEKLA Structure

I need assistance resolving a problem that I am having with a project the TEKLA Structure. I need to upload some deformation points from excel to tekla structure but it’s not working. Also, I try uploading the points through ifc file but it’s uploading the points as sphere instead of as just points. All I need is a 15 minutes video call explanation.
