Staad/Tekla PEB & Modular Analysis

Job ID: 40364365

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I need structural engineers who works comfortably in both Staad Pro and Tekla Structures to take complete ownership of the analysis and detailing of several modular and pre-engineered buildings.

The assignment begins with a full civil–structural analysis in Staad Pro. All calculations, load cases, and connection checks must satisfy AISC as well as the relevant BSI codes; submit the design brief and Staad files for review before moving on. Once I approve the analysis, shift into Tekla to drive the detailing phase.

Because the project moves straight to fabrication after sign-off, I require highly detailed shop and fabrication drawings: every splice plate, bolt, weld symbol, bracing member, anchor plan, and setting-out dimension needs to be shown. Alongside the drawings, compile a fully itemized bill of materials, including cut-length schedules, bend schedules, and any civil rebar quantities so the workshop can order and process steel without further clarification.

Lab building has external Aluminum cladding which please note.

Deliverables (all issued in native formats and PDF sets):
• Staad Pro analysis files and calculation report compliant with AISC & BSI
• Tekla Structures model with clash check cleared and detailed connection drawings
• Approved GA, erection, and connection drawings, plus CNC/NC files where relevant
• Shop and fabrication drawings at highly detailed level
• Itemized BOM with cut-and-bend lists, grouped by building and phase
3D drawings and native files for all are required

If Architectural drawings can be provided for the furniture and fittings, please quote separately for the same

Clear communication, organized file management, and adherence to the agreed design program are essential. If you have recent examples of modular or PEB work completed under AISC or BSI, feel free to reference them when you respond.
