Senior Tekla Modeler, Commercial Structures

I’m gearing up for a set of steel-framed commercial buildings and need a senior-level hand in Tekla Structures to get the 3D models production-ready. The job is pure structural work—no architectural or mechanical detours—so you’ll be focusing on accurate member modeling, connection detailing, clash checks, and export-ready shop drawings that fit seamlessly into our BIM workflow.
What I’ll hand over:
• Architectural and structural PDFs, IFC files, and preliminary connection sketches.
• Project standards for naming, numbering, and export formats.
What I expect back:
• A fully coordinated Tekla model (latest version) for each building.
• GA drawings, assembly drawings, and CNC/DSTV files.
• Clash-free IFC or RVT exchange models for consultant review.
• A short hand-off video or screen share that walks through your model structure and any key assumptions.
