Lightbulb with no light pollution

I am looking for someone that is able to create the technology necessary for a lightbulb that does not cause light pollution. What I mean by that is that it should be possible to see the stars at night if all regular lightbulbs are replaced, that's only an example but if you do a little bit of research artificial light is what causes us not to be able to see the stars at night and we still need artificial light in our daily lives but we can't have it properly! What's necessary here is an example with a regular lightbulb that can be something that already exists on amazon or anywhere all that is needed is the technology necessary in order to prove that it's possible to have artificial lighting with no light pollution. I don't know how you do it but if you do a good job we can further develop this project for more.
