A Singapore based cybersecurity and cyber risk analysis firm is expanding to Europe and is looking for an experienced, charismatic Senior Manager/Director. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role with the potential to evolve into the CEO of the company. Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and People Management: Lead and inspire a diverse international team, effectively engaging with individuals from different backgrounds, including those with more introverted personalities.
Decision-Making and Independence: Demonstrate strong decision-making abilities under pressure, with the capability to work autonomously and manage complex situations without the need for constant guidance.
Team Development and Collaboration: Drive communication and collaboration within the team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. You will play a key role in fostering a positive, productive culture.
Global Communications: Utilize your fluency in English to establish and maintain partnerships with international clients, stakeholders, and partners.
Strategic Oversight: Leverage your prior experience in management and/or founding a company to guide strategic decisions that shape the firm’s future growth and success.
Qualifications:
Management Experience: Previous experience in senior management roles and/or establishing and scaling companies is essential.
Tech Savvy: Strong knowledge of the IT and cybersecurity sectors is required. A tech-oriented mindset is key to succeeding in this role.
Integrity: A clean criminal record, including no history of financial crimes or ongoing investigations, is a non-negotiable requirement.
Travel Flexibility: You must be able to travel internationally without restrictions. While the role is based in the EU/Schenegan region, occasional travel for meetings and partnerships will be required.
