I am seeking expertise assistance in designing and outfitting a medium-sized paint shop. The goal is to establish an advanced heating (to be used during winter) and ventilation system that optimally reduces intercoat interval and curing time.
Key tasks include:
- Suggesting the most suitable heating system: Currently, the shop does not have a specific type installed. Your input based on your industry knowledge will prove valuable, whether it's radiant heat, forced air or an alternative type.
- Implementing a ventilation system that promotes efficiency: A crucial aspect of the project involves ensuring the implemented system seamlessly works towards keeping intercoat intervals and curing time short.
- Conducting overall design and set-up: I will rely on your comprehensive experience in painting and shop set-ups to deliver a design that improves efficiency and meets the specified operational goals.
