write technical IOT book

The task is to write an IOT book on 5 chapters. I have a broad specification for each chapter, but there are many general topics. Two of the chapters must be completed in collaboration with me. There would be many pictures so not a huge amount of words. ATTENTION: CONTENT IS IMPORTANT, not formatting.
Words 500pg*220=110000 words, term is 25 days.
