To write a report for a mechanical ventilator based on a research methodology

I am looking for a freelancer who can write a report on mechanical ventilators based on a research methodology. The purpose of the report is to compare different mechanical ventilator models. The desired length of the self written report is more than 20 pages. I have some specific models in mind that I would like to be included in the report.
