I would really like to go for a systems administrator IT role and I would love it if I could send you the information from my current role and also if you could spice up my previous roles a bit to make it look a little bit more like what I am talking about please. I have attached my current resume for your review.
the information listed below is what I do in my current role.
My job involves:
Providing support through Spiceworks Ticketing system across 27 branches Nationally & Internationally.
Setting up and domain joining / connecting users to pc's , laptops and mobile phones. Installing virus protection software and trusted applications.
Managing the 365 applications and installing / allowing access to users.
Installing VPN's , software. Managing a portfolio of user names and passwords. Configuring printers, assisting in connection to the network.
Managing users on applications i.e. passwords, licenses, permissions. Using
TeamViewer to jump in assist remotely via the phone or laptop/ pc. i.e. over 300 users.
Monitoring network usage across different branches. Monitoring connectivity across different branches.
Assisting with providing login information to clients
Making clear judgement on the release and cancel of sales orders / quotes.
Working on projects such as configuring Microsoft SharePoint filing system as well as creating a landing page and synchronizing all folders.
Backing up and restoring cloud files
Restricting and reporting network usage to certain clients.
Being in charge / making clear judgement on what applications the user should be able to use.
