resume and cover letters

I want to hire a person to make a resume and cover letter for a job as a customer service agent. The main reason that I want to hire someone is that I have been working as a security officer for a third-party contractor for the past 4 years. Though I have been working as a customer service agent most companies don't hire people if they have been working in the security industry. I want someone who would come with brilliant content not too much complex writing but at least it should be in a presentable form.
