I need someone who can write a technical report for me about fentanyl epidemic with my audience being social workers.( Imagine you are creating a training manual that explains how to help people recognize the dangers of fentanyl and get help. You'll need to rely on research and your relevant personal experience) It can only be 1,000 words and 5 paragraphs. Has to be APA format with no plagiarism and has to have in text citations and a reference page.
