I need help for setting my project document

I have feedback for my project document and like to set the document accordingly. the requirements for this project is knowledge of Textile engineering, ability of research and good documentation skills.
I already finished my project and the documentation, but there are few suggestions from supervisor which needed to be fixed before submission.
