I need a Medical Expert to review my documentation and produce a written report.

I had cosmetic surgery in 2020 which was supposed to be for liposuction, abdominal repair and a tummy tuck. The purpose of this was to give me a mote contoured look and flatten my abdominal area which was protruding when I stand up. Despite this I now look in worst shape than before. I believe that the abdominal repair part was never carried out and am seeking the refund of the surgery cost via a Section 75 as I paid by Credit Card. I have submitted a claim to my Credit Card Bank who have asked for a report from a Medical Expert supporting my claim. I have copies of my medical notes, before and after photographs taken by surgeon and the images from two ultrasound scans which hopefully will prove my point.
