I'm looking for someone to create a detailed step-by-step user manual for my E-commerce website, covering everything from the front-end online Order to the back-end in-store POS and kitchen screen. The manual should be user-friendly and include photos to illustrate each step and make it easy to understand. Attached is an overview to be expanded on.
Key areas to be covered in the manual:
- Product Management: This should include how to navigate through products, filter options, add products to the cart, etc.
- Order Processing: A straightforward guide on how to checkout, track orders, process returns, etc.
User Account Management: This should cover creating an account, logging in, updating account details, and recovering a password.
Ideal skills and experience for the job:
- Proficient in creating instructional manuals
