bearing analysis for flywheel

My team and I are seeking a freelancer to help us with a bearing analysis for our flywheel. We need a techno-economic analysis to determine the most cost-effective bearing for our application. We have determined that we need to consider a baseline bearing, and so the freelancer should be able to perform analysis for magnetic bearings and rolling element bearings. The selected freelancer should also have the ability to consider the contact forces, traction forces, and rolling resistance forces that are associated with the required bearings.
Cost analysis of both bearings for whole lifetime to assess which bearing could be most cost-effective and efficient for the application.
