Writing content and Collecting Experimental Data from different scientific/ journal/ Thesis / Dissertation/ Reports about crack width & spacing in Reinforced Concrete

I am looking to work with a professional structural/material Engineer who has worked in academic research and writing content. The freelancer/researcher should have the ability to read and understand different scientific/ journal/ Thesis / Dissertation/ Reports about crack width & spacing in Reinforced Concrete. The first step is searching for papers that include the wanted experimental data results related to crack width & spacing in Reinforced Concrete and sending them to me to double check it's helpful to have data collected from it. Also, I can help with choosing some papers/ reports. After approving the papers, the freelancer has to write a one-page summary of the paper as proof of reading and then can start getting enter the data in an Excel sheet in the proper order (see the attached example). at the same time writing a well-crafted introduction and literature view about the topic.
