Writing a Technical-Oriented BRD

Hello. First of all, I work at a bank in a quality assurance department, and we are planning to launch a new system to use in our daily operations. We basically perform daily reviewing of credit requests. We would like to have a BRD (Business Requirement Document) written to communicate our needs to IT department.
