Write technical documentation about ecommerce website and it's mobile app + another small mobile app

I have an e-commerce website built using active e-commerce plus mobile application for the same platform. also, i have a very small mobile app which is serving plumbers who make visits to consumers and upload the used products on the mobile app so they get rewarded with points.
