Write an technical abstract on the need of regulations to enable the decarbonization pathway

Since decarbonization has become an absolute necessity as it threatens human existence during this century, it is still a subject of controversy among business stakeholders who feel uncertain about the possibility of finding solutions to reach the desired goals and to motivate them to do so. Therefore, there is an urgent need to regulate the relationship between stakeholders and motivate them to invest in research and development, for example, setting up mechanisms for a carbon tax. I would like to discuss the importance of these laws, their objectives and their impact as measures in the medium term.

The abstract will focus on the maritime transport sectors (IMO) and find solutions to overcome the challenges of achieving carbon nutral.
