Write Software Requirements Spec to Match Disabled Children with Caregivers
Budget: $5 – $15 USD
The Disabled Children's Association ("DCA") is a startup non-profit 501(c)3 public charity whose mission is to help maximize the quality of life for disabled children and their families. Our goal is to serve both physically and mentally disabled children globally, without regard to race, gender, ethnicity, religion, or national origin. We would like to create a web-based application that will help DCA to safely match disabled children with skilled caregivers, subject-matter experts, and assistive technology providers. Before starting any programming, we first need to clearly define the functional and software requirements for the system to securely collect information about a disabled child, register skilled caregivers and professional experts (e.g. doctors, nurses, etc.), and build a database of technology providers based upon individual disabilities.
I have started on this project myself, but need additional help to get this done. If awarded the project, we would actively collaborate on this - you would take over as the main writer of the specification but I would review and make ongoing suggestions as this is being written. That is, you would not be expected to go away, write the spec, and be done... it will be an iterative and ongoing collaboration with me as you make progress.

Since our budget is somewhat limited, I'd prefer bids on an hourly basis and would commit to a certain number of hours of your work per week, subject to the understanding that either of us could terminate working together at any time.
