Write Selection Criteria

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me write selection criteria for a senior Windows, VMware and Cloud engineer position in the government industry. The ideal candidate should have technical expertise in the relevant field. The selection criteria should highlight the technical knowledge and skills required for the position. The freelancer should have experience in writing selection criteria for government positions. The final document should be clear, concise, and persuasive.
Criteria:
• Demonstrated experience in infrastructure applications for delivering management and authentication services, such as DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, DFS, NTFS and storage systems
• Experience in Microsoft 365, Azure, and cloud services.
• Knowledge of ITIL and demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and resolve complex technical issues and initiate ongoing improvements.
• Expertise in identifying and implementing contemporary and emerging business and technical analysis frameworks, standards, and techniques. Ability to automate, generate efficiencies, improve processes and reduce costs and turn-around time.
• Demonstrated self-management and communication skills to work effectively independently or in a team under competing priorities and tight timelines; assist stakeholders; and prepare clear written technical advice, reports, and work procedures.
