Write Response for Technical Proposal

Need someone to work on now who has great experience responding to U.S. Technical Proposal that we are bidding on. 1. I already have the based doc from previous proposals done. Only need for you to look at bid proposal and update text to meet the guidelines for this new proposal we are bidding on.
