Wet Grinder CE Manual Writing
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a seasoned technical writer to turn the latest design data for our commercial tilting wet grinder into a CE-ready user manual that speaks directly to end-customers. The machine is in the final stages of compliance testing, so the documentation must mirror the safety, electrical, and hygienic requirements we have built into the product.
Scope
• Craft clear, step-by-step Installation and Setup instructions that an everyday user can follow without tools beyond the basics.
• Lay out concise Operation Guidelines covering initial use, daily operation, loading recommendations, and all safety warnings mandated under CE machinery directives.
• Build a Maintenance and Troubleshooting section with routine cleaning schedules, part-replacement procedures, fault codes, and quick-fix flowcharts.
Key Points
– Write in simple English, backed by accurate technical detail.
– Use consistent icons, hazard symbols, and wording aligned to EN ISO 12100 and related standards; I will supply current risk assessments and drawings.
– Final deliverable is a polished, press-ready PDF (Adobe InDesign or equivalent source files welcomed for future revisions).
– Diagrams and exploded views must be vector-based so they scale cleanly. Photos of prototypes are available for reference.
Acceptance Criteria
1. Information is complete enough for CE audit review without major edits.
2. Layout follows logical progression: cover → safety → installation → operation → maintenance → troubleshooting → warranty.
3. All procedures tested by our in-house engineer read correctly and match the machine’s control panel labelling.
4. PDF passes accessibility check (tagged headings, selectable text).
If you have taken machinery from draft to CE compliance before and can work from CAD exports, engineering notes, and a short video demo, I’d love to collaborate.
