Welding Quality Standards Development

I am seeking a experience Quality Manager to create and establish welding quality standards.
The scope of this project includes:
- Setting quality standards for welds, quality inspection, and testing procedures to ensure safety, enhance efficiency, and meet industry regulations.
- Applying these standards to specific welding processes, mainly Arc welding and MIG welding.
The defined standards must, in detail, cover the following areas:
- Welding defect criteria: systematic methods to identify, classify, and resolve welding defects
- Welding procedures and parameters: establishing step by step instructions and optimal settings for executing welding tasks
- Visual issues related to welding: guidelines on recognizing problematic visual cues and implementing corrective measures.
Your ideal skill set would include in-depth knowledge of welding processes and quality management, experience with Arc and MIG welding, and familiarity with industry regulations. You should also be proficient in technical writing and able to present complex topics in easily understandable language.
