I need a skilled content writer who can expand our online knowledge base with clear, text-driven tutorials. web hosting, servers, domains, DNS, email, cPanel, Plesk, and other services we offer. We will start with web hosting, focusing specifically on setting up a new hosting account, transferring existing sites, and managing day-to-day hosting settings inside panels such as cPanel and Plesk. Once those core topics are live, we will move on to DNS, email, domains, and the rest of our service catalogue.

Every tutorial must:
• be written in our friendly, no-jargon brand voice,
• include step-by-step screenshots or simple illustrations that you will source or create,
• incorporate short video clips when visuals tell the story faster,

Deliverables for each tutorial
