User Manual Layout Enhancement

I have a set of user manuals that read well but look inconsistent. I’m looking for someone to bring them up to a professional standard by re-working the section headings and overall page layout. The manuals are written in English and live in Word files (some content will later be exported to PDF and HTML), so solid Microsoft Word or equivalent desktop-publishing skills are important.

Please apply the Standard technical writing style—specifically the Microsoft Manual of Style—for every heading level, running header, footer, and any navigational element. Font choices, spacing, and numbering should follow that guide so the finished documents feel cohesive and easy to scan.

Deliverable
• A clean, styled Word file for each manual, ready for direct export to PDF/HTML, with consistent heading hierarchy, margins, and pagination.
