User Guide documentation for a market place app
Budget: $15 – $25 AUD
We have a web application plugin for Atlassian Jira Cloud. The app has been been through numerous revisions and modernisation recently and its time to have current online user guide reviewed and updated correctly to support the app in its current version.
We are looking for a user guide writer with experience in creating user friendly content which can support our users to understand how to get started and manage the application.
Our app is a software test management plugin and is native to Jira so if you have software engineering experience / Sotware Testing or have used Jira we see you as a great fit to this project.
we currently have a basic quick start user guide to support you to understand the app, but this will need to be recreated professionally by you. We require the following:
1) Installation Guide
2) Quick Start Guide
3) Application User guide
You will need to create all the screenshots and save them correctly based on user guide section to be uploaded against the online help system. Screenshots must be taken in hi-res format and resized to support web material.
You will also need to ensure the screenshots have correct highlight using specific colour code.
Our team will be available to support you with everything necessary.
We do not want to have this written in microsoft word rather documented directly into our user guide system which is an online Confluence system
