URGENT FOR LATAM : On-Site Fabric Mill Audit for El Salvador and Guatemala

Job ID: 40540694

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I need a seasoned LOCAL fabric-mill professional to travel to selected mills and conduct a full technical audit that will inform our sourcing choices for several leading international brands (brand list shared once we have an NDA in place). Your assessment must cover weaving, dyeing, and finishing operations in depth, verifying that each stage meets both process-control best practice and the following certifications: ISO 9001, OEKO-TEX, and GOTS.

What I expect from you
• A pre-visit document request list so mills can prepare the data you need
• One to two days on site at each facility observing production lines, interviewing key staff, collecting evidence, and photographing critical control points
• A concise audit report within five business days of each visit that rates risk, highlights non-conformities, and maps gaps against ISO 9001, OEKO-TEX, and GOTS criteria
• A practical corrective-action plan that mills can implement and I can monitor remotely
• Availability for a short post-audit call to brief our sourcing and sustainability teams

Acceptance criteria
• All findings clearly referenced to weaving, dyeing, or finishing processes
• Objective scoring against every clause of the three standards above
• Action plans prioritised by impact and effort, with timelines attached
• Supporting photos and signed attendance sheets included

If you already run with standard audit tools (e.g., ISO checklists, Excel scoring matrices, digitised inspection apps) let me know; I’m happy to align with your workflow so long as final deliverables arrive in PDF and editable Excel formats.
