We need to set up a training plan for a WordPress technical content writer for our organization.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis of the WordPress technical content writer in consultation with line managers
Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
REQUIRED SKILLSET
Proven work experience as a Training Manager
Exposure to WordPress
Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
Excellent communication skills
