Thesis Formatting & Editing Overhaul

Job ID: 40044880

Budget: €30 – €250 EUR

My engineering research thesis needs a comprehensive final pass so it meets every requirement in the university-specific guidelines (I already have the official document ready to share). The focus is strict format correction according to those written rules, together with a full language polish.

Scope of work
• Equation integrity – renumber all equations and re-type them so they follow the thesis template exactly.
• Figures & tables – fix every in-text call-out and caption number, and recreate several graphics (e.g., Figure 4.4 under section 3.10 Laminate Impact Response) so they match the originals in look and resolution.
• Lists of abbreviations & symbols – update and alphabetise so nothing is missing.
• References – convert all citations to the university style, eliminate duplicates and ensure sequential numbering in both text and bibliography.
• Table of Contents – rebuild so page references and heading hierarchy are correct.
• Language – run a full grammar and spell check with professional tools, then manually review to catch anything automated checks miss.
• Originality – generate a Turnitin (or equivalent) report and share the similarity score.

Acceptance criteria
1. Document passes automated template validation used by the graduate school.
2. No duplicated references; numbering is contiguous.
3. Turnitin similarity report delivered alongside the final manuscript.
4. Zero broken cross-references (figures, tables, equations, sections).
5. Clean, error-free prose confirmed through both software and manual review.

The thesis is already written; this job is about precision formatting and language perfection. If you are comfortable working in Word (or LaTeX, if preferred) and can follow detailed university instructions line-by-line, I will send you the guideline PDF and the current manuscript so we can get started right away.
