I'm looking for an experienced freelancer to help me write a Local authorities tender for home come services . I'm believe we have the necessary documents to support this project and am in need of someone to put it all together. I have a deadline for the submission of the tender, which is more than 2 weeks from now.
I'm looking for someone who has experience in writing tenders and familiar with the different rules and regulations that may apply to this type of document. Also, I will need them to have a keen eye for detail as the tender content will have to go through a screening process.
In addition, I would like the freelancer to be available for ongoing support throughout the entire project, from the initial stage of research and outlining, to the final stage of submissions. The successful freelancer should be able to work closely with me to complete the project before the deadline with quality being the cream of the crop.
