IT Tender Bid Document Preparation
Budget: €12 – €18 EUR
I already have a shortlist of Information Technology tenders in hand; what I need now is a detail-oriented associate who can turn my raw notes, specs, and past material into a polished, submission-ready bid package. Your sole focus will be preparing the technical documents portion of each bid—no financial or legal sections are required at this stage.
You will receive:
• The RFP or tender brief
• My preliminary scope outline and technical solution notes
• Company profiles, certifications, and any supporting diagrams
Your task is to weave these inputs into a cohesive, compliant technical response that matches the tender’s formatting and content guidelines. Clarity, consistency, and persuasive yet concise language are vital, as is proper use of headings, tables, and any mandatory annexes.
Deliverable:
• A final Microsoft Word file (plus PDF) ready for submission, incorporating all mandatory schedules, tables, and signature blocks called for in the RFP.
Acceptance criteria:
• Every requirement from the tender’s technical section is addressed and cross-referenced.
• Document passes an internal readability check (Grammarly / Word Editor) with no critical issues.
• Style and structure follow the tender template exactly, including page limits.
Solid familiarity with IT terminology—cloud, networking, software development lifecycles, cybersecurity controls—will help you hit the ground running. If this scope fits your expertise, let’s collaborate and get these bids out the door on time.
