Telecommunications Resume and LinkedIn Revamp

The last time my resume was updated was in 2016. I've been in the Telecommunications industry for over 30 years. I've been with a company, left the company, and went back to the company on two different occasions with two different companies. I've been with companies that have had numerous name changes. I've been the Telecommunications Manager for a company, left, and when I came back the company had completely restructured and combined all locations so my title was not Telecommunications Manager. I came back as an analyst. It wasn't a demotion by any means just a restructuring of the company. Throughout my career I've done project management through my various roles in Telecommunications, Disaster Recovery, and Collaboration Technology. I'm looking to get into a Project Management role or a Technical Account Manager role. I need someone to bring my resume up-to-date from a formatting perspective, add information from my latest positions, and streamline it as it is currently 3 pages. In addition, I would like someone to help me update my LinkedIn profile as I prepare to start looking for a new position.
