Technical project writer and presentation

We are looking for an engineer who can write a specification on a technological project. From the specifications of about 30 pages it is necessary to extrapolate a Power point presentation of about 20 pages. The project must be developed by a technical person and must include images, diagrams and diagrams. The project is an integral part of a plan that aims at the infrastructural and operational strengthening of the Joint Border Posts of Noepe (on the border between Ghana and Togo, in the Togolese territory) and Seme Kraké (on the border between Benin and Nigeria, in the Beninese territory). Both customs are of central importance for the countries involved, both from a commercial point of view and for the management of the flow of people.
