Technical Writer for Requirements Documentation and OpenAPI 3.0 specifications

Need to have more complete written requirements for multiple parties. (1) OpenAPI 3.0.2 specifications based on implemented API's to date. (2) Verbal discussion of various technical designs and implementation to be converted to Word-based requirements documentation. Future works are available based on the quality of delivery above, including articles, dictation of business rules and content into data tables or Excel, and other projects as they become available.
