Need a competent proposal writer to perform the following tasks:
- read through help documentation for a specific product and write up technical scope along with task descriptions
- do online research of relevant sites to identify appropriate assumptions for all task descriptions, and potential out of scope items
Deliverable will be:
- set of documents for different products outlining the scope for configuration
- set of clarifying questions that need to be asked to make sure defined scope, assumptions, and out of scope items are correct
