Technical Pre-Sales Consultant
We are looking for an on demand technical consultant to help us with specific (see below) technical customer requests around our product solution (www.optimy.com)
Must have: high level of english!
Functional Description:
- Responsible for gathering, analyzing and articulating business requirements in order to provide a comprehensive response to RFP/RFI tender proposal with the best solutions
- Assist delivery team in regards to technical set-up on client side (Example: no reply email address // DNS).
- Pre-sales consultants may be requested to create a new or existing product pre-sales presentation kit or training materials for commercial use.
- Answering technical information requests about platform details ( encryption methods, ISO certification, security , ect ..).
Required Skills:
- Good tech understanding Corp IT background or similar
- Excellent presentation / communication skills (Powerpoint, Documentation, ect)
- Basic coding understanding
- Ability to work and communicate with technical as well as more analogue oriented people
