Technical PDF Documentation & Instructions

Job ID: 40544272

Budget: $15 – $25 USD

I need a clear, well-structured piece of technical documentation turned into a polished, share-ready PDF. I will pass you my rough notes, screenshots, and any reference links; you transform them into concise prose that walks the reader through the process step by step, explains the why behind each action, and offers quick pointers when things go wrong.

Plain English, active voice, and consistent terminology are essential—think of a smart but busy reader who wants to get something working without wading through fluff. Use logical headings, numbered procedures, and call-outs for tips or warnings. Feel free to suggest simple diagrams or annotated screenshots if you think they will clarify the flow; I can supply or approve visuals quickly.

I’m aiming for a document of roughly 8–10 pages, but accuracy and completeness come first. Please build the content in Word, Google Docs, or Markdown (your choice) so I can update it later, then export the final, accessibility-friendly PDF.

Deliverables:
• Editable source file
• Final PDF ready for distribution

Send over a brief outline of the sections you’d include and any questions you have so we can lock the structure and move straight into drafting.
