I have an ongoing queue of English technical papers, manuals, and research reports in material science that must be rendered into precise, reader-friendly Modern Standard Arabic. Each batch is comfortably above the 100-page mark, and more are scheduled, so I’m looking to form a reliable, long-term collaboration rather than a one-off engagement.
Because the texts cover topics such as metallurgy, polymers, composites, surface treatments, and emerging nanomaterials, the work calls for someone who already feels at home with the terminology and can keep units, equations, and figure captions intact. Fluency alone isn’t enough—you’ll need a keen eye for contextual accuracy so Arab engineers and researchers can rely on every definition and measurement you provide.
I supply editable Word or PDF files and appreciate delivery in the original layout, plus any tables or charts faithfully reproduced. If you work with CAT tools like Trados, MemoQ, or Wordfast, that’s a bonus; term consistency is essential, and a running bilingual glossary helps us both. Before we start on the first milestone, I’ll share a short half-page excerpt so you can demonstrate style and terminology handling.
