IT Technical Docs Spanish Translation

Job ID: 39865887

Budget: $15 – $25 AUD

I have a collection of Information Technology manuals and white-papers that must be translated from English into neutral, business-ready Spanish. Accuracy and consistency of technical terminology are critical because the material will be used directly with clients and partners.

Scope
• Translate approximately 20–30 pages this round, with more batches to follow.
• Preserve all original formatting, diagrams, code snippets, and heading hierarchy.
• Create or expand a short glossary so recurring terms (e.g., cloud computing, API, cybersecurity) stay consistent across files.
• Deliver the final text in editable Word files and a clean, client-facing PDF.

Quality expectations
• Native-level Spanish and proven experience with IT content.
• Ability to research unfamiliar acronyms or standards rather than guess.
• Clear, concise style suitable for business readers—no machine-translation artifacts.
• A brief quality check or peer review before delivery.

If you have handled software documentation, user guides, or similar technical material before, I’d love to see a sample. I value quick, transparent communication and will provide timely feedback on terminology questions.
