Tech Recruiter for Mid-Level Positions

I'm in need of a recruiting specialist with a strong background in technology to assist in sourcing and screening mid-level candidates for permanent positions within my organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting job analysis and identifying the right talent pool
- Crafting compelling job descriptions and posting them on relevant platforms
- Sourcing candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks)
- Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews
- Coordinating and managing the interview process
- Assisting in the negotiation and finalization of job offers
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a tech recruiter with a focus on mid-level positions
- Strong knowledge of the technology industry and its job market
- Familiarity with different sourcing techniques and platforms
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
