Tech CV & LinkedIn Revamp

I’m looking for a seasoned writer who can take the Indian-style résumés our candidates provide and turn them into sleek, European-format documents that impress both hiring managers and applicant-tracking systems. The same goes for their LinkedIn pages: I need fresh headlines, punchy “About” sections, keyword-rich experience blurbs and tidy skills lists that surface in European recruiter searches.

My focus is on Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, SAP, DevOps and general software engineering talent. Most of the candidates sit in the entry- and mid-level brackets, so each rewrite must strike the right balance between proven know-how and future potential. Every profile has to spotlight three things: the hard technical stack they master, the concrete achievements they have delivered, and the soft skills that help them work across cultures and time zones.

You’ll receive a structured intake form for each professional along with role descriptions and market insights, so you won’t need to chase extra details. From that, I expect:

• A two-page, achievement-led CV in European format, ATS-ready
• A fully optimised LinkedIn profile (headline, About, experience bullets, skills/keywords)
