Technical Writing  TERM OF REFERENCE ( TOR ) WRITING PROJECT We are looking for an engineer who can sort and write specifications for a project that has already been done by placing it as a TOR ( term of reference ) so we can make a power point presentation.
We also need a summary sheet to be posted on the internet that will be extrapolated .
This is about 10 pages to be written/verified in word with all the data we will provide and reported on the PPT presentation.
The person must be technical and the final work we expect is project of about 10 pages complete with diagrams / drawings .The person must have experience in technical projects, theses and journal articles.
We are not looking for a graphic designer but a technical expert
