Story board artist for technical elearning video

Looking for a story board artist to convert script to for an elearning video. Story board artist need to come up with a story board which is suitable for an explainer/training video. Content will be technical, involving machineries, Cargo ships and safety in ship. Script would be around 4000 words. The story board will later be converted to 2d animation and live videos.
