Spanish User Manual Translation
Budget: $15 – $25 CAD
I need several existing user manuals translated and, where gaps exist, freshly written in Spanish. The source material is in English and covers technical functions and step-by-step operating procedures. I already have reference manuals and terminology guides that you can rely on for style, tone, and approved vocabulary; consistency with these is essential.
The finished manuals must read as if they were originally written in Spanish—clear, concise, and technically accurate—while retaining every instruction, warning, and visual cue found in the originals. Please deliver the final documents in the same layout and file format I provide (mostly Word and PDF).
Deliverables
• Fully translated Spanish versions of each user manual, formatted to mirror the source
• Updated figures, callouts, and captions where text appears in images
• A short change log highlighting any sections that required original writing rather than direct translation
I will share the reference materials and source files once we start so you can align terminology from day one.
