Spanish Manuals to English Translation

Job ID: 40199156

Budget: $10 – $30 AUD

I have a set of more than eleven user manuals written entirely in Spanish that must be rendered into clear, professional-sounding English. Each document has its own layout, headings, tables, and the occasional diagram, so the translated files need to keep the original structure intact while conveying the same technical detail and tone.

Here is what I expect from the finished work:
• Faithful translation of all text, labels, captions, and call-outs without omissions or machine-translation artifacts.
• Consistent terminology across every manual so readers see one unified voice.
• Delivery in the same editable format I supply—most are Word and a few PDFs exported back to Word—so I can drop the English versions straight into our publication workflow.
• A brief change log noting any sections that were unclear in the source and how you resolved them.

Because of the volume, I’m open to a staged schedule—please outline milestones that make sense for you (for example, batches of three or four manuals at a time) and include an estimated turnaround for the full set.

If you are a native-level English writer with proven experience translating Spanish technical documentation, I look forward to hearing how you would approach this project and keep quality consistent across all manuals.
