Software Provisional Patent Drafting
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I have a working prototype of a software-based system and now need a complete provisional patent application prepared for filing with the Indian Patent Office. You will start from my high-level concept notes plus an outline of the backend logic and its integrations with external systems. No source code will be shared at this stage, so the ability to turn concise descriptions into claim-ready technical language is essential.
Your task is to:
• Analyse the concept for patent-eligibility under current Indian computer-related invention guidelines.
• Structure a full provisional specification—title, field, background, detailed description, preferred embodiments, claims draft, and necessary flow-charts/diagrams—so the backend processes and system integrations are unambiguously covered.
• Highlight inventive steps, technical advantages, and any hardware-software interaction that strengthens patentability.
I will be available to clarify functionality, data flows, and future roadmap while you iterate. Prior success in drafting and filing software patents in India (especially where only high-level inputs were provided) will weigh heavily in my selection.
