Software Product Documentation Writing

My software product is ready, but the documentation is still blank. I need a clear, well-structured technical document that walks users, administrators, and future developers through every feature. The job covers researching the application with the materials I give you, asking me questions when something is unclear, and then writing complete product/software documentation—installation to troubleshooting—in Bahasa Indonesia or English (or both, if you can).

Deliverables
• Editable source file (Markdown, Google Docs, or MS Word)
• Polished PDF ready to share with customers
• Logical structure: overview, setup, feature guides, API or CLI reference (when applicable), troubleshooting, version history
• Up to two rounds of revisions after my review

Accuracy, consistency, and a friendly tone are key. Please share samples of earlier software/product docs you have created and let me know which tools you prefer—MadCap Flare, Sphinx, Docusaurus, or your own workflow. I’ll provide access to the app, screenshots, and existing notes once we start. Include your estimated timeline and milestone plan so we can get this done smoothly.
